Box 115, Dover, ID 83825 or dropped off at City Hall using the drop box to the left of the entry doors. Comments must be received no later than Wednesday, 10/7/20 @ 4:00 p.m. unless you will be presenting in person.  Public comments may not include matters that are scheduled or will be scheduled as public hearings. Comments will be read into the record and should be no more than one typewritten page so that the 3-minute read time will not be exceeded.
